Our Brisket is sourced from Irish farms around the Munster area and is delivered to us by Quigley meats. As a result our beef is the best of Irish quality. It has taken us a long time to source the best brisket for our style of cooking. Niall, from Quigleys, is excellent in consistently sourcing high quality beet for us to enjoy at its best.
We smoke if over Hickory wood at a low temperature for 14 hours, thereby ensuring we produce a very tender and juicy product.
This product is delivered to you chilled in a Vacuum packed bag, weighing 250 gram, which allows you to easily reheat in conventional oven and serve within 35 minutes.
