St Louis Pork Belly

We get this cut of meat from Henry our local butcher who removes the rib bone and leaves us with a pork belly 'slab'. With this we apply Smokin Bones meat rub and smoke them for 6 hours before cutting into rib shape portions. We lightly coat them with our Carolina barbecue sauce before packing. The result is a very juicy and tender piece of pork belly which is very popular and unique to our restaurant. We pack 2 ribs per portion which is approximately 300grm in weight.

This is a fully cooked product, packed in a vacuum  bag and is delivered to you  chilled. Just heat in conventional oven for 35 mins and serve.
